REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

At AU KingCare, we are committed to ensuring the quality and satisfaction of our products. You are entitled to a full refund on any of our products if the item is faulty, not fit for its intended purpose, or not as it was described at the time of purchase.

Customers must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving their order. After this period, we may not be able to process your refund or exchange.

Please note that refunds will not be granted if you simply change your mind, if the product is not to your personal taste or preference, if it does not meet your individual expectations, or if there are clear signs that the product has been used prior to the refund request.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@auscaregrp.com.au. A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required. AU KingCare reserves the right to decline refund requests if sufficient proof of purchase is not provided.

If you are returning a product at your own discretion (i.e., not due to a fault or error on our part), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time required to process the refund may vary depending on your payment method and location. If your refund has been approved but you have not yet received it, we suggest first checking your bank account again, then contacting your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at info@auscaregrp.com.au.

Please note that while all AU KingCare products meet general consumer safety standards, individual reactions to nutritional products may vary. Refunds will not be provided for personal dissatisfaction or reactions unless the product is proven to be faulty or unsafe.
